Tadiyandamol is one of the highest peak treks and the second highest peak trek in Karnataka and is about 280 Kimoleters away from Bangalore. The peak elevates up too 5735 feet and is about 30 kilometers from Virajpet town in Coorg.
The trek offers some of the best and stunning views from the peak. Apart from being one of the best trekking places in Coorg there are also places that the trekkers can explore while on the trek. The popular Nalknad Palace is at the base of the hill.
The trek will be close to 15 kilometers, that the trekkers will have to aim at finishing by around 7 hours. Tadiyandamol is an ideal two day trek that the trekker can make a massive escape, to be a part of exploring and being around nature. The trails show some of the scenic landscapes of the western ghats and stunning forest clearings throughout the trek. While the trek is a moderate difficulty level trek, the trekker should watch out for leeches along the trails. Monsoon is the best time for the trek
Trekkers generally pitch in tents and camp out after reaching the peak. The next day they can catch a sunrise and then descend down.
